SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
Do not rejoice when you see your enemies fall or fail. Their failure does not justify your position at all. When you are happy to see someone struggling, you are being vengeful. I would have you forgive, from your heart, every person who has opposed you or abused you, says the Lord. Only then will I rise up to defend and vindicate you.
Hebrews 10:30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The LORD will judge His people.”
God has given you the gift of your life experiences. Who you are and what you’ve gone through is important and there is power in your testimony! God is bringing a sudden shift and you will have some decisions to make as a result. Doug Addison
October 20, 2017. May I stir your heart concerning your responsibility for bringing non-believers to faith in Christ? Many years sometimes pass after we believers are spiritually born-again before we realize our destiny and responsibility. The Holy Spirit loves Jesus and wants to lead all people to salvation and a new life led by Him. Consider making a commitment now by admitting your need for leadership, conviction and faithful discipleship. He will show you, lead you and give you His full support as you step into your destiny..
Matthew 11:27 “All things have been committed to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him.” Ras Robinson
October 20, 2017. Having almost all being lost is something you definitely don’t want. All the gain that was achieved, you fear is lost. Don’t dwell on the fear. What you dwell on, will eventually happen. Get back into faith, quickly disposing the fear. Make yourself at home in faith. Let this be your main objective. When you walk in and by faith, I get behind what you’re doing. I often gently, but sometimes vigorously, lead you on the upward path.
Proverbs 15:24 (NASB) “The path of life leads upward for the wise, that he may keep away from Sheol below.” Bev Robinson
October 20, 2017. Have your basket ready! When times arise where provision looks bleak and full of impossibilities, be ready for an overflow. You already know that you have received God’s blessing in your life. It is obvious by looking at your immediate surroundings. Compared to many other parts of the world, you have been blessed beyond measure. After the feeding of the five-thousand, the disciple’s baskets were full. Have your basket ready and be prepared for extraordinary fullness.
Matthew 14:18-20 (NASB) “And He said, “Bring them here to Me.” Ordering the people to sit down on the grass, He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up toward heaven, He blessed the food, and breaking the loaves He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds, and they all ate and were satisfied. They picked up what was left over of the broken pieces, twelve full baskets.” Kevin Robinson
