SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS
Every decision you make that is consistent with kingdom values will cause you to advance on the path that I have chosen for you, says the Lord. Your obedience to fulfill your commission is of utmost importance. Do not underestimate your impact on others. What you do and say will either lift up or tear down the people around you. My will is for you to always do good.
Psalm 34:14 Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.
Watch for something significant to happen that will bring a radical increase in your life. Doug Addison
January 10, 2019. Don’t quit now. You are almost at the end of the task. It is tempting to start something else, but don’t do that. Finish what you started. Then there will be uninterrupted time to begin something else. You don’t want to be working and turn around and see a big job yet to be finished. That can cause frustration and not get anything finished. Work and rest, work and rest. You will get your present job done.
Ecclesiastes 3:9-10 (NASB) “What profit is there to the worker from that in which he toils? I have seen the task which God has given the sons of men with which to occupy themselves.” Bev Robinson
January 10, 2019. I know you don’t like to admit your weakness in front of others. Most people like to present an image that is above and beyond what they truly possess. When you go out with someone, you take painstaking efforts to assure yourself and them that everything is good. It is okay to be weak with others. It is when you’re weak that I am strong. Let Me use your self-identified confines and limitations for My glory.
2 Corinthians 12:10 (TPT) “So I’m not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment-when I’m surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ-I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God’s power.” Kevin Robinson
