SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
In a vision I saw a huge mud bog that reminded me of quicksand. I saw a mud-caked arm come out of the mud and reach up. Then, a hand came down from heaven and took hold of the muddy hand and lifted the man out of the mud. He lay there as though dying, but the sun came out and dried the mud, which began to crack and fall away. Breath and new life began to flow through him, and he stood on his feet restored, refreshed, and renewed. It was a new beginning with new opportunities to live.
Hosea 14:7 Those who dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall be revived like grain, and grow like a vine. Their scent shall be like the wine of Lebanon.
God is going to give you a strategy to overcome things that have been holding you back. Doug Addison
Update on Bev Robinson
from her daughter Robin Robinson Bohlin
Our mother is having her jaw rebuilt this Wednesday morning, April 15. The bone taken from her left leg and put in her jaw last August has failed and we have to start all over again. While she remains cancer free, she will have to have the fibula from her other leg removed and fashioned into another jawbone. They will remove the dead bone and put in a new metal plate, give her IV antibiotics for a few days and then reconstruct her on Monday. We are still speaking life to the dead bone and we would love to hear the words “THE BONE HAS LIFE AND WE DON’T HAVE TO REMOVE IT!” This is exactly how we are praying. Please also pray that COVID-19 stays far away from her and that all necessary surgeries will be successful. Thank you for praying for and standing with our family these past eight months. I don’t know how we could have done it without you!
April 15, 2020. I know you aren’t looking forward to the immediate days ahead, but you must experience them. Stay close to Me. Keep your thoughts on Me. I will get you through this time. Haven’t I brought you through the other times that were bad. If you become aware of yourself lagging behind, catch up quickly. Don’t wait to try to figure out the happenings around you. We will get through this time faster and better than you think.
Proverbs 3:5-8 (NASB) “Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your body And refreshment to your bones.” Bev Robinson
April 15, 2020. Have you found yourself being argumentative? Being combative with words can be so destructive. As children, you sang, “sticks and stones will break your bones, but words will never hurt me.” Now, you know the truth. So many people are dumbfounded because of another’s painful speech in their presence. He said, she said, they said, how easily it becomes a cesspool of yuck. Be known as a diplomat. Speak life into situations. Or speak nothing at all.
2 Timothy 2:14 (VOICE) “Remind others about these things that I’m telling you. Warn them before God to stop their useless bickering over words. After all, splitting hairs does no good; it only ruins those forced to listen to their meritless arguments.” Kevin Robinson
April 15, 2020. As I was praying, I saw a huge magnifying glass. This is what the Lord said to me. Everything right now is being magnified and even exaggerated. Situations and people are being examined and scrutinized. I want you to back off and do not do the same. I want you praying, believing and speaking into the atmosphere what you want. Do not enter into the natural fray. Step back and declare My plans.
1 Thessalonians 2:13 (GNT) “And there is another reason why we always give thanks to God. When we brought you God’s message, you heard it and accepted it, not as a message from human beings but as God’s message, which indeed it is. For God is at work in you who believe.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
