SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
Settle yourself in the peace of My presence. Unsettling chaos abounds, and you need to find calm and tranquility in the midst of turmoil. Ground yourself in eternal truth. I am your anchor in the storm-tossed sea. I am your place of security. Come to Me and find rest for your soul.
Colossians 2:6-7 As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.
October 2, 2020. A steady stream of My Spirit is available for you. I know you need peace in the situation that you addressed. My Spirit is available for you. This is what you need to remember. Jettison the other memory. It will always be with you, but the emotion of what happened will wane, that is if you let it. Keep your mind focused on the peace of My Spirit. The washing of the water of My Word works.
Ephesians 5:26 (NASB) “so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word,” Bev Robinson
October 2, 2020. Hurry up and wait. That is a phrase you often hear associated with the government. I encourage you to have yourself prepared to act at a moment’s notice. Be in a state of readiness to move when I say move. It’s essential for you to stay submitted to authority. After all, I am the one who places all those in authority to begin with. My rule is perfect. My reign is supreme. Trust Me. I am government.
Isaiah 9:6 (NASB) “For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.” Kevin Robinson
October 2, 2020. Never shy away from My standards. My truths will last and endure through all societal changes. My edicts are pure and righteous; they need no explanation. Yes, love those in the world, extend favour and mercy just as My Son did. Become a friend of sinners and yet hold to My truths and standards. You need not become like them to love them. Show the world a better way – they will respect Me as they respect you.
Psalms 37:30-32 (NIV) “The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom and their tongues speak what is just. The law of their God is in their hearts; their feet do not slip.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
