Matthew 28:19-20 (TPT) “Now go in My authority and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. And teach them to faithfully follow all that I have commanded you. And never forget that I am with you every day, even to the completion of this age.” Kevin Robinson
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS
While in the presence of the Lord I felt the exhilaration of hope and new life. His glory was palpable, and His presence was like fresh, clean, crisp air. I couldn’t help but think of the contrast between the fresh air of the Spirit and the stale air of religion. I was also aware that internal work is necessary before we can move into this divine hope. We must deal with the darkness that hides in the corners of our minds and hearts.
Psalm 19:12-14 Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
Letting things of the past fall away will help you navigate during this new season. Doug Addison
June 12, 2018. Rehearsing your aches and pains is not good for you. I know you have pain. I know that you aren’t feeling well, but keep your thoughts of feeling terrible to yourself. Don’t voice those thoughts. Don’t speak out loud how bad you feel. Keep your thoughts under control. Then turn your thoughts into prayers, not about how bad you feel. Instead start thanking Me for the good around you and watch how much better you will feel.
Philippians 4:6-7 (MSG) Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.” Bev Robinson
June 12, 2018. Where will you find Me? Not necessarily across the threshold of churches. You will find Me with prostitutes and bar hoppers. You will see Me in the brothels and in LGBT communities. You will find Me at the doorways of abortion clinics where I will be offering love and acceptance. I will be found even in sanctuary cities where people are desperate. Follow My leading and get out of your comfort zone. Walk into the fields where the harvest is plentiful. Receive the lost.
June 12, 2018. Family relationships are important to you and to Me. There are some family relationships that have been very important to you and you have asked Me to cause those relationships to grow stronger and stronger. Today I assure you that you will see the growth and closeness that you have longed for. Continue to seek Me and hear My voice and the family relationships in your life will grow and grow and bring honor to My name.
Joshua 24:15 (NASB) “If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” Jonas Bohlin
