SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
The difficulties that you face will be easily overcome as long as you put your faith and hope in Me, says the Lord. Continue to seek Me and deliberately come into My presence to acquire help and guidance. I Am your Living God. I am not a story from long ago or a Sunday-school fable. Come and partner with Me in all that you do, says the Lord.
Psalm 84:2 My soul longs, yes, even faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.
This is a turning point in the spirit, so expect significant things to happen. Doug Addison
August 7, 2019. Problems have happened in the past. You sought Me and we got through it together. You looked back on those times and thought how sweet was our relationship. This time is no different. Draw your strength from Me, just as you have done in the past. What you are going through will be over and you will look back and remember our sweet times together, the encouragement I gave, the blessings that came. Think about these.
Philippians 4:6-7 (MSG) “Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.” Bev Robinson
August 7, 2019. Peer pressure has you convinced that showing any form of mourning isn’t appropriate to express. Men are persuaded at a young age that big boys do not cry. I say cast off the weight and let the bereavement occur. You have experienced a form of sorrow and it is time to let the grieving flow. It is healthy for your soul to let the tears flow. Forget what society culture says, express yourself freely.
Ecclesiastes 3:4 (NASB) “A time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance.” Kevin Robinson
August 7, 2019. Will you accept the challenge that is before you? I am asking you to “step inside the ring” or “step up to the plate.” In other words – engage! You’ve been on the sidelines too long. It is time to suit up and become a player. The world has lulled you into relaxation and retirement, but I say to you there is no retirement in Me. Just as Moses led until he could no longer lead, this is your future.
Deuteronomy 34:7 (NASB) “Although Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died, his eye was not dim, nor his vigor abated.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
