SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
Your eyes and ears are the inroads to your soul. Much of what is presented to you can cause you to be disheartened. You must protect yourself by monitoring what you are willing to see and hear. Refuse to allow your soul to be hijacked by negativity. Let Me infuse you with hope, strength, and new life. Set your heart to know Me more intimately, says the Lord.
Psalm 84:5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, whose heart is set on pilgrimage.
Things will pay off big as you take time to pray and plan. Doug Addison
November 20, 2019. Keeping your poise under pressure is often easier said than done. Everyone struggles with self-control in one form or another. Holding your composure in the most difficult of circumstances is quite the challenge, to say the least. Allow, self-control, the last in the list of fruit of the Spirit to be an item in which you work towards becoming very proficient. Don’t shortchange yourself. You can master anything, even self-control, if you fully commit yourself to its benefits!
1 Corinthians 10:13 (TPT) “We all experience times of testing, which is normal for every human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust Him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously.” Kevin Robinson
November 20, 2019. Can you say the words of Mary “Be it done unto me according to Your Word”? That is the faith I am looking for. My eyes roam to and fro looking for those with the trust and faith that Mary had. Commit to Me today and trust Me all over again. Discard the failures and lack of faith. Step into trust and faith; set your determination ahead of time to trust My actions in your life.
