SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND BY MARSHA BURNS:
I keep hearing the phrase: What goes around comes around. It means that our actions will have consequences. Basically, if we want to be treated with respect, we must treat others with respect; if we want to be loved, we must be loving. When we disrespect others, we will be disrespected. Whatever we sow will produce a harvest that we reap, whether good or bad. We get to choose.
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
January 26, 2022. Events have become increasingly complicated. It started somewhat easy to handle and now has grown into being huge. Step back and take a breath. You are up to the task. I know you would rather be doing something else, but this is the way it is for now. I will guide you. Do not let your emotions get out of control. Do not worry. We will handle this together.
Psalm 37:3-5 “Trust in the LORD and do good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the LORD; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him and He will do it.” Bev Robinson
January 26, 2022. The world and the devil have perverted intimacy. Sex and intimacy, in some ways, have become a ploy of the enemy. Do not let your sexual relations fall into the hands of the enemy. My Word is specific. Sex is for the confines of marriage. Period. Sex outside the marriage relationship will bring only heartache and problems because it is evil in its nature and stems from the devil. Let intimacy/sex be the beautiful God gift to you.
Ephesians 5:3 “And have nothing to do with sexual immorality, lust, or greed—for you are His holy ones and let no one be able to accuse you of them in any form.” Robin Robinson Bohlin
